As a member company of ARKON NETWORK, RECAP sarl successfully executed the waterproofing and façade protection works for Siran Tower, a prestigious multi-storey residential development in Beirut, Lebanon.
The project focused on protecting the building envelope against water ingress and environmental deterioration by implementing comprehensive waterproofing systems for exposed balconies, façades, and rooftop areas. The works were designed to improve the durability, watertightness, and long-term performance of the building while preserving its architectural appearance.
All waterproofing systems were installed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and international best practices, ensuring reliable long-term protection against moisture penetration and weather exposure.

Specialized suspended access platforms were utilized to safely execute façade waterproofing and maintenance works at elevated locations. This access methodology allowed efficient treatment of all external building elevations while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality control

one complete façade elevation was surface prepared and finished with a render-textured elastomeric acrylic coating, providing a seamless, flexible, and weather-resistant protective finish. The elastomeric system enhances resistance to water penetration, UV exposure, thermal movement, and hairline cracking while improving the building’s overall appearance and long-term durability.
