RECAP sarl., as part of the ARKON Network, successfully delivered comprehensive concrete repair and façade rehabilitation works Debahi Frere, a prime location commercial structure located in Sinel fil.
The project focused on restoring the structural integrity of deteriorated reinforced concrete elements and protecting the building envelope against aggressive environmental exposure.

The scope included the rehabilitation of exposed concrete architectural elements, repair of deteriorated concrete areas, restoration of damaged edges and surfaces, cleaning of facade finishes, and reinstatement of the original fair-face concrete appearance and texture.
The project was executed in a highly active commercial environment with continuous building operation, requiring strict safety control, organized access systems, and fast-track execution.
