Akamia Center Larnaca

Located in the vibrant heart of Larnaca, Cyprus, Akamia Center is a prominent mixed-use commercial building hosting offices, retail outlets, and professional services, making it a key urban hub.

RECAPGRO, as a member of the ARKON Network, executed the project, delivering specialized structural repair and rehabilitation works within an operational environment. Due to the building’s age and exposure conditions, several structural elements exhibited deterioration, requiring precise and controlled intervention.

The scope of work included concrete repair, structural strengthening, and localized rehabilitation, addressing damaged elements caused by previous modifications and long-term wear. Particular attention was given to maintaining structural integrity while minimizing disruption to ongoing activities within the center.
